He organises and hosts many open mic sessions around town, and also curates performing artists for Hard Rock Café (Singapore) on a weekly basis. Mike has also organised major music festivals in Singapore dedicated to promoting the country's musical talent. He is the 'people's person' of the team with an extensive network of musical collaborators.

Rachel Mason

She is a professionally qualified project manager who provides structure and discipline to the team, as well as her commercial business management skills from a 20 year corporate career. Kalli Yong
Social Media Manager
As a digital native, Kalli steers naturally towards social media and has a background in Web Communications and Digital Marketing. She is passionate to conceptualise ideas into words, and words in action. She is always open to challenges and is constantly looking at the "how come" and "what if". Lastly, she is always down to rock out to the latest Chinese Hip Hop songs.
Leonard Ng
Social Media Intern
Hailing from the battlegrounds of Yishun – Leonard Ng
Previously a competitive ballroom dancer, Leonard’s greatest musical aspiration is to be able to create infectious hooks that make his audience want to get up and dance, every single show. Having performed frequently at festivals and events such as Baybeats, SingJazz Festival and Esplanade’s monthly-themed performances, he has come to know of the myriad of talents that Singapore has to offer, and feels the need to do his part to help the community grow and be known all over the world. Apart from music, Leonard also takes an extensive interest in the field of psychology and mental health, and is currently training to become a counsellor.
Samantha Seah

Samantha is a writer by trade and has a background in Mass Communications. She has years of experience working with startups and SMEs in copywriting, digital marketing, social media management, web management, blogging etc. in varied industries. Her favourite music genres are contemporary R&B and Pop. In her free time, she's either reading books, listening to new releases on Spotify, or spending time with horses.

Sam Padbidri
As a qualified lawyer, founder of a music industry services company, and seasoned musician, Sam brings to the table a nuanced understanding of the rapidly evolving global music landscape. He is experienced in end-to-end music capabilities from songwriting and production, through digital distribution, licensing and publishing, and has acted in Intellectual Property and royalties disputes between billion dollar companies. He is also the creative mind behind the international Indie Pop act Dreebsby, with an organic following in the USA, UK, Singapore and Canada.
Dr. Levan Wee
The Architect

Levan Wee played an instrumental part in WHABBY Music’s conception and growing the global online community to reach 50,000 followers in 48 countries in the world. We would not have been able to achieve what we have so far, without his expertise in social media combined with his PhD in Anthropology, and his tireless approach to building communities, engaging with fans and championing our music community. His success as a Singaporean musician, achieving a few No. 1 hits and having played hundreds of live shows to packed audiences gave him that grass roots understanding of the tenacity needed to be successful, even before social media was a thing! Levan manages 'Bobby the Sheep' – a comedy channel with over 32k followers. We would highly recommend you check it out!
